What is KULTURE Icons?
KULTURE Icons is an immersive evening celebrating the music, personalities and moments that shaped Kenyan urban culture between 1995 and 2015 through live performances, storytelling, comedy, tributes and the inaugural KULTURE Honors.
Is KULTURE Icons a concert?
Not exactly.
While you'll enjoy live performances from some of Kenya's most celebrated artistes, KULTURE Icons is designed as an experience combining music, storytelling, comedy, tributes and KULTURE Honors into one unforgettable evening.

Tickets & Seating
Why are there different ticket prices?
Every ticket gives you access to the KULTURE experience.
The different prices simply reflect seating location and proximity to the stage.
Choose the seating experience that suits you best.
PS: There are only a specific number of seats per section.
Does a more expensive ticket include extra benefits?
No.
Your ticket price reflects your seating location.
Regardless of where you sit, everyone experiences the same show.
What happens if my preferred section sells out?
You'll simply be invited to choose another available seating section.
Kultured Access
I attended KULTURE 1 or KULTURE 2. How do I receive my discount?
Simply use the same email address or mobile number you used when purchasing your previous KULTURE ticket.
Your eligible discount will automatically be applied during checkout.
How much is the loyalty discount?
Eligible previous KULTURE ticket holders receive an exclusive returning guest discount.
The applicable discount is automatically calculated at checkout.
Paying for Your Ticket
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes.
Reserve your seat today with a 50% deposit and complete payment before 2nd October 2026.
Can I pay off my balance earlier?
Absolutely.
You can complete payment at any time before the deadline.
Event Day
What time should I arrive?
Red Carpet, Networking & Cocktails begin at 4:00 PM.
The Main Show begins promptly at 8:00 PM. The 4-Hour Show will have an INTERMISSION to allow for bathroom breaks and a chance to grab a drink and / or a bite.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the full KULTURE experience.
What is the dress code?
Red Carpet Elegance. KULTURE Formal.
This is your opportunity to dress for a memorable evening celebrating Kenyan culture.
Is there an After Party?
Yes. Following the Main Show, the celebration continues into the official KULTURE After Party.

Where is KULTURE Icons taking place?
Tsavo Ballroom
KICC, Nairobi.
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is available within the KICC grounds, subject to availability.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. KICC provides accessibility features for guests requiring assistance.
General
Can I transfer my ticket?
Tickets may be transferred before the event in accordance with our ticketing policy.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Will tickets be available at the gate?
Subject to availability.
However, advance purchase is highly recommended as seating is limited.
Will the event be streamed?
Any streaming options will be announced closer to the event.
